All subscriptions and add-ons purchased through our platform are non-refundable. Once a subscription or add-on is purchased, no refunds will be provided, including for partial periods of use or non-use of the service or add-on. The subscription or add-on will remain active until the end of the designated period, at which point it will automatically terminate unless renewed. No prorated refunds will be granted for any unused portion of the subscription or add-on term.
